Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with BillPe. This policy explains refunds and cancellations for paid subscriptions.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from account settings. After cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of the current billing cycle.

Refunds

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of payment by writing to support@billpe.co. Refunds are processed only for first-time purchases and where the service was not used substantially.

Non-Refundable

Renewals, add-ons, custom development, and one-time setup fees are non-refundable.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
