Subscription & Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and content belong to BillPe. You retain ownership of your business data.

Limitation of Liability

BillPe is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, business loss, or data loss beyond the amount you paid us in the previous 3 months.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel anytime from settings.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of India.
